Why We Built This Site
Public access in Washington does not mean every Columbia County file comes from one office. The Columbia County Clerk is the ex-officio clerk of Superior Court and keeps its criminal, civil, domestic, probate, guardianship, adoption, and juvenile records. Columbia District Court maintains limited-jurisdiction matters and administers Dayton Municipal Court records. State case-search tools can identify a case, but the local custodian remains the source for a complete or certified file. The site brings these responsibilities, official links, search fields, and request methods into a clear local reference.

- Certified dockets, orders, and documents must come from the clerk
- Legal advice about a specific case is outside this site's role
- Current fees, settings, and contact details always require official confirmation
An official or certified docket or court record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the case. This private site cannot issue one.
